Hi, I’m Clary
My aim is to offer a warm, supportive space where clients can explore the patterns, emotions, and relationships that shape their lives. I provide in-person or virtual therapy for individuals, families and couples with a focus on helping clients develop healthy relationship boundaries, build self-confidence, and gain insight into their emotional experiences.
My work is grounded in a deep respect for the mind-body connection, relational healing, and emotional insight. I help clients navigate complex emotions, trauma, and relationship dynamics by tailoring sessions to support both internal self-discovery and practical, present-moment growth. I take an integrative approach to therapy, blending modalities to meet each client’s unique needs including EMDR, EFT, IFS, ACT & Attachment-Based Therapy.
Therapy is a collaborative process, and I seek to meet each client with curiosity, compassion, and respect for their unique story. Whether you're navigating a life transition, recovering from relational wounds, or looking to strengthen your sense of self, I’m here to walk with you through the process.

I utilize psychodynamic & interpersonal frameworks to support clients in exploring relational boundaries, self-identity, attachment patterns, past trauma, anxiety, depression. I’m trained in EMDR, a trauma- informed approach that focuses on the nervous system & supports healing from past experiences that continue to impact present-day life.
Hi, I’m Sookie the Therapy Dog
I am a 3-year-old Great Pyrenees mix, a certified animal-assisted therapy dog & resident co-therapist. I am calm, gentle & love meeting new people who will give me belly rubs.
Research shows that Animal-Assisted therapy has been shown to reduce anxiety, depression & symptoms of PTSD. The human-animal bond has the potential to create secure attachment patterns, resulting in a decrease in cortisol levels, an increase in oxytocin & promoting emotional regulation.
I often join for in-person therapy appointments to offer comfort, grounding, and a calming presence, but I am also very good at giving you your space during the session if that’s what you would prefer.
